What that old man should have done is go over and stomp on his hands and break a few finger bones in the process. The asshole wouldn't be hitting anybody for quite awhile.
That nasty kid may belong to one of Joe's favorite groups, some unknown race, some unknown gender, some unknown contributor to democrat election funds, some unknown type of thug, you don't know. The only thing you know is that any honest respectful person will be picked up and thrown in prison if he dares to stand up to Die Partei.
Has the kid with the yellow shirt and the blue backpack been arrested yet? The attack on the old man was mostly peaceful so the kid had no reason whatsoever to defend himself.
