    1. Hello MrGarabaldi! It was a good film with several classic lines/scenes, but it did have some parts that could been a little more historically accurate. Some of the T-34 scenes were incredible. I dig out a copy and watch it about once a year or so. Call me nostalgic,
      Jeffery in Alabama

    1. Heh, my thought's exactly:
Evil: God isn't interested in technology. He cares nothing for the microchip or the silicon revolution. Look how he spends his time, forty-three species of parrots! Nipples for men!

      Robert: Slugs.

Evil: Slugs! HE created slugs! They can't hear. They can't speak. They can't operate machinery. Are we not in the hands of a lunatic?

  4. Cross of Iron was one of Pekinpah's best. James Coburn as Sgt Steiner. Maximillian Schell as Stransky. It mostly followed the book and though the ending was Meh it ended better than the book. They had real Czech Army T34 s in that film.

  5. He was in practically everything. He was the Klingon ambassador assassinated in The Undiscovered Country. He was the crazy paranoid British sea captain killed by the hero in the 5th and 6th installments of A&E's Horatio Hornblower. And on and on and on.
