  1. I wonder how many dead fish, dolphins, Russian subs floated to the surface after that one.

  2. As soon as the testing is done, Hillary can sell it to the Russians for a couple million, and of course keep the money herself. Why not? It worked when she sold our uranium to them. She may have to give Joe a small stipend but if he complains about his cut, she can easily have that problem dealt with.

  5. Every time I see actors on TV or in movies out-running a explosive shock wave it makes me laugh. Watch this video and time the distance and speed when the camera is hit with the shock wave. Depending on the explosive used, shock waves can travel 21,000 feet per second or faster, roughly 4 miles in a second. A man running at 12 minutes per mile speed calculates to 5 miles per hour (4 minute miles or less are only for the super pro's) and according to Hollywood, heroes can outrun a explosion moving at 4 miles "per second". I miss John Wayne, even in his worst movies there was a sense of reality. Most movies today are f#cking cartoons.

    1. Bullshit. The speed of sound is the maximum speed ANY compression-only wave travels through a medium. In sea water at ocean temperatures, that is about 4k ft/s. In air at room temperatures, it is about 1K ft/sec. It is not anywhere near 21K ft/sec in any medium I know of. In blocks of detonating chemicals and nuclear explosions, it is faster only because energy is transmitted via radiation as well as compression, something which does not occur at normal temperatures in air or water.
