This summer has been positively livable. Only been over a hundred a few weeks, and the humidity was low for a time. I wondered what that was causing the itch.... I'd just dip in the tub before bed and drip dry to cool off...
I’m a meat eater just like you. During summer months I make sure to get my blood iron content in check. More meat leads to higher iron leads to thicker blood leads to heart working more to pump. You’ll sweat more, be more tired, cranky and sleep like shit. Latest draw was at 17.1. At 18 they won’t take it and I have to do it myself or have a cute nurse friend do it. Every 8 weeks will help you out. Meat on!
Been really hot here the last week. Mid/upper 90's, and 10~15% humidity. NWS says no rain today, but looking at the clouds tells me we *might* get some sprinkles.
We have short thunderstorms here in n AR and when they move on it feels like a sauna. Is more than 100% humidity possible?
