While we are busy trying to watch the pea underneath the shell on the left, Jihad Johnnie kills three women and stabs a fourth at a Tennessee truck stop

Gosh, I wonder why the media isn't reporting this story. The CornVirus hasn't had this kind of success rate before in Tennessee. Should we ban Pilot Truck Stops? Of course not. They had no more to do with this attack than the knife.

  1. I'm surprised he didn't get well ventilated by a customer....

  2. Just wondering...
Were any of them older, with pre-existing co-morbidities?

I wanted to see if it's okay to just write them off as "acceptable losses" in that case, or if it only works with Kung Flu.

    1. Real life is nothing but acceptable risk and loses day in and day out. The more freedom the more risk of death or injury that's life. Every freedom comes with a toll in lives.

I suspect that better options, Sweden plus with a little social distancing , stay at home orders for high vulnerability groups, mandatory sick leave and the like would have saved lives and with an infusion of money the Alethea care system too at much less cost to the economy and to civil liberties.

And Aesop, if you think now that governors have been allowed this power that they'll give it up? Not even. I'll believe that when the NDAA and Patriot act and all that are allowed to expire without a repalcment.

  3. Truckers cannot legally carry a firearm in their trucks. That needs to change.

    2. And Pilot employees can't carry on the job.

    3. Actually, we can. We just have to follow each states rules for carrying. Some states have such draconian laws such as New York or New Jersey that you cannot even have a pocket knife.

    4. This is my shocked face. Imagine that, civilians being allowed to do something that active-duty military recruiters in that town aren't allowed to do.

But I figured Pilot employees were just like employees behind the counter at a typical Stop-n-Rob.

  4. No joke... under the CDC's new ICD guidelines, if any of these victims test positive for COVID-19, the virus will be given as the cause of death. Apparently, COVID-19 needs its stats padded.
