She did Phil. Heidi (Ingrid Pitt) had Sturmbannfuhrer Von Hapen "tore up". I always had the same problem as taminatoro13 when trying to decide who was the hotter, but Ingrid wins in the end.
Where Eagles Dare and the Guns of Navarone - both by Alister MacLean - were made into movies that were almost identical to the books, including dialog. Extremely rare to have this happen.
My two other favorites by MacLean were When Eight Bells Toll and Caravan to Vaccares.
Same woman played a lesbian vampire in one of the hammer horror flicks. Just sayin' :P
