** Quote: "Ironic that a guy who was sent to a Japanese Internment Camp by a Democrat Government "for his own protection," now totally trusts the Government* to take away his right to self-defense. Again, it's

** And a great quote from this:
Founding Father Tench Coxe perhaps put it best in the Pennsylvania Gazette on Feb. 20, 1788.
"Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American. The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either
the federal or state
governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people."

** The WaPo on Trump banning its reporters. This morning, listening to a radio show on the commute, they noted that Obama banned LOTS of news outlets. But... "D" vs. "R".

Do not forget that the very same government that sent Japanese people in America to internment camps so they would aid the Japanese ALSO sent Americans to fight and die all over the Pacific and Asia. While one could argue that the treatment of the Japanese in this instance was not right it was certainly less harmful/deadly than the treatment of innocent American citizens who were tasked to save us and the world from Japanese aggression.
