Speak to Me.......

Speak to Me (Mason) (1:16)

"I've been mad for fucking years, absolutely years, been over the edge for yonks, been working me buns off for bands..."

"I've always been mad, I know I've been mad, like the
most of us...very hard to explain why you're mad, even if you're not mad..."

(Instrumental)

----

Breathe (Waters, Gilmour, Wright)(2:44)

Breathe, breathe in the air.
Don't be afraid to care.
Leave but don't leave me.
Look around and choose your own ground.

Long you live and high you fly
And smiles you'll give and tears you'll cry
And all you touch and all you see
Is all your life will ever be.

Run, rabbit run.
Dig that hole, forget the sun,
And when at last the work is done
Don't sit down it's time to dig another one.

For long you live and high you fly
But only if you ride the tide
And balanced on the biggest wave
You race towards an early grave.

  1. Well, my generation--born in the late 50's had drugs.
Despite that, I remember David Gilmour when he had a lot more hair.

  2. GREAT album...and yes, I still use a turntable! (and have a spare Technic in case something should go wrong with the Beogram)
I also have mint copy of Meddle...which is another bad assed album...and a misprint of The Wall, with sides 1 & 3 on one disk, and 2 & 4 on the other! All of which sound GREAT coming out of this 1970 Kenwood amp....the KA- 8100 series.....LET IT ROCK!!!! All told I have maybe 800 clasic rock albums....my 10 and 11 years old love it...
