.....it can all be swept away.
The earthquake and tsunami news that I woke to this morning just reaffirms
how quickly so much can be taken away. Over the coming days there will be
some very sad reports of the devastation. I am sure the Japanese will rise
above this with honor and dignity. My thoughts are with them.
It can happen anywhere any time.

When Love Fades............
Last night I was sitting on the sofa watching TV when I heard my wife's
lovely voice from the kitchen.
"What would you like for dinner my Love. . . Chicken, beef or lamb?"
I said, "Thank you, I'll have chicken."
She replied "You're having soup, asshole. I was talking to the dog."

EMP an illustrated guide...

putting an EMP attack into perspective.

What a "Mug"- shot , WTF?
CONNECTICUT (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) - A 20-year-old Connecticut man is under arrest after slashing another man with a pair of scissors.
Police say David Davis was about half way through getting his hair cut in a Connecticut apartment when he felt threatened by another man after an argument.
According to police, when the man approached Davis, Davis responded by grabbing a pair of scissors and slashing the man across the face. The victim also sustained a cut to the right side of his upper back.
Police were called to the apartment where Davis was arrested and charged with first-degree assault.
The victim was taken to a local hospital where he received treatment for the non-life threatening injuries.

FALL RIVER, Mass. -- Chronically tardy and absent students at one Massachusetts school are about to get early morning wakeup calls.
sooo... now its the SCHOOL'S responsibilty NOT the parents?
What happens when these kids are in the real world? I'm sure their bosses or
fellow criminals will be calling to gently wake them so they can get to work.
Maybe they can have unicorns gently nuzzle them awake and awash them in rainbow light, then fly them to school so that they are on time...
