Remnants ... a new movie in production
A rare astronomical event causes a permanent worldwide black out, forcing residents of a middle-class suburb to get by with no modern conveniences.
The community pulls together and adapts to a simpler way of life, but their success draws the attention of the less resourceful residents in the area and soon results in a war between subdivisions.
This is their story.

WOW what a year.............
The White house is having a contest that would have POTUS speak to the graduating class of the winning high school.
Last year there were 1000 applications, this year there are 68,.... let that sink in a minute.... yes sixty eight.
They have had to extend the deadline to get more applications.

Touch Table... WOW
Take a look at this short video from PBS. This is program about a touch-table. (It's Google-Earth on steroids!!!!) About half way in the video it shows Iran 's nuclear facility and does an interesting thing. It moves the satellite pictures as a function of time in years and lets you see what has really has been happening there!
