Last night I woke around 3:30AM to make my usual pee deposit. Couldn't get back to sleep despite taking a dose of melatonin. Then, of course, the sky starts to brighten around 5:00AM. That ends any attempt to regain sleep. Staggering through the day becomes routine as the sky brightens earlier and earlier.
Melatonin dosage is age and size dependent and a weighted blanket makes a huge improvement!
