Phil posted this video by Billy Connolly at his site.

I ended up checking out some of his other work posted on Youtube.

He's been around for a while .

Here's a couple good ones to share.

  2. Billy's hilarious. Not so much when he starts spouting off about politics, but, sadly, that's true of way too many folks.

  5. He's been a big deal since the late 80s/early 90s. Literally at the sunset of his career by now. And funny as hell when he tries a little, and SsTFU about American politics. People who come from countries where politics involves tossing bombs back and forth should probably stay off the topics of politics and religion entirely, as a standard rule.

  6. From all of here in middle NH to all the rest of you deplorable bastards, have a safe, day of remembrance of the price of our freedoms, and a somber reflection on the state of affairs today. I have an image that is appropriate to the day but don't see any way to insert it here.
Gad Bless you all. Stay safe and keep your muskets close.

  7. Better catch up on all you've missed. My friend Chris brought some Billy Connolly records home in '82 or '83 after a trip to the auld country. There's lots of him on yewtube.

  12. I'll always remember his line, " The Scots are so white they look blue". My wife can't understand a word out of his mouth and wonders what I am laughing about.
