There are a lot of areas of JeffCo and Birmingham to avoid (day or night). I think this brought the count and amount for the weekend to five killed. Metro Birmingham is dangerous. Does anyone really want to find a job, buy a house or start a business, or send their kids to school down there? Since 1982 there is a list of mayors, water/sewer board members, etc. that have been tried, convicted, and served time of various flavors of corruption. Birmingham is one of he few cities in Alabama that actually taxes employees. Yes, they tax a person for working there. That sounds like an economic dynamo to me! If it were not for federal monies being funneled into municipalities such as Birmingham, such cities would die on the viine and fit for nothing other than a stage setting for "The Walking Dead".
We need the video with Steve Inman commentary please. . . .

DeleteThat particular WH is just a couple blocks away. Never venture out after dark around here.
ReplyDeleteJeffCo is getting almost as dangerous as Memphrica. They have a lot in common, so we know the reason why both are dangerous cities/counties.
