Someone should schedule a weekly or bi-weekly protest in the District of Corruption so these fools can dress up more often. Nobody would show up, of course, because as General Ackbar said "It's a trap!"
I played the tenor sax in junior high and high school and Boots Randolph was my idol in the sixties. Sadly, his song 'Yakety Sax' became the theme song for Benny Hill, Bozo, and keystone cops. It's harder to play than one might think. He would usually stomp one leg to keep time as he played...hence 'Boots'.
They look like they are all headed off to a renaissance fair to be groupies at the jousting demonstration.

I dunno...I still think the music lends it too much dignity. They weren't worthy of such a real and sophisticated processional.
