Here's an idea... How 'bout we move the polling places to grocery stores and the big box stores, since it's obvious that the WuFlu is much weaker in those places?
California has done exactly that. New for 2020 is the traditional poll stations are gone. They have been replaced with polling stations which are more numerous. Inside stores too.
The problem is exactly as Igor says. Yet even with sufficient number of poll watchers, their tasks have been greatly reduced in scope. Poll workers themselves are basically in place to accept completed ballots. And the number of poll workers has been significantly reduced to the point of being virtually eliminated.
The evil master minds in California are showing the other states how to do it. In fact, other states are implementing the same operations.
A lot of times, if I try to click (with my finger) on the comments for a post (using my tablet) I'll miss by a bit and wind up hitting the WTF? flag instead. Just mentioning it in case you wonder why a post got a WTF? when it wouldn't seem warranted.
