    I have a screened cover for the frying pan that allows me to nude bacon-fry without the difficult-to-explain burns.

      I tried one of those screen covers but still wound up dancing like Doc Holiday was shooting at my feet.

    Spread the bacon out on a tin foil lined baking sheet put it in the oven at 350 for 35 minutes. No mess no fuss
