You are welcome Cederq and I'm glad you liked it. The first time I ever heard that song, I heard Ray Wylie Hubbard's version. It was good, but I like McMurtry's best.
Born in Oklahoma, driven thru most of those areas multiple times even some of the out of state locales. I chuckle every time I hear the song but would only tell you why over a campfire and a beer.
