    1. There was no apparent distortion in the shape of the barrel when it came off. I'm thinking Anonymous has the right of it.

  3. Please excuse me, I'll be in the bathroom scraping a large load out of my underwear.
    Holy cow.

  4. I didn't know HiPoint made a revolver. Just kidding, I had a HiPoint, and I was impressed. I think the bullet lodged in the barrel is the ticket. I would never want to shoot that model of a gun again, though. It would scare me for life. My wife and daughter and I ate at a fast food joint one time and all three of us got food poisoning. I won't go back to any of that kind of restaurant, while they have no problem with it. No thanks, not going again.

    1. Would the barrel not still have a distortion if it had been an over powered reload? I don't really know, just guessing. I have less than no experience with this sort of thing. Just trying to make a guess. I do know that no matter what, something went very wrong. It could have even been a heat treating problem with the barrel and the threads let loose. But it would have gotten your attention, no matter what.
