There is the 1st Amendment thingy, even though I believe with all of my heart that the founders intent was that an individual has the right to worship under Calvinistic teachings (Anabaptists, Huguenots, Puritans, or an other Protestant sect) without fear of prosecution (i.e. Church of England) or not to worship at all. Yes, there were some Catholics in the colonial period of America, but that really didn't take off until the mid 1800's. I don't believe the founders could foresee how such a simple declaration allowing a person to worship the Lord Jesus Christ in the manner they saw fit, could and would be bent to allow a death cult to kill off others who do not succumb to their beliefs. Now, here we are.

Mohammedism (Islam) is not a religion. It is a murderous political philosophy whose stated purpose is conquest and domination through Infiltration and terrorism, hiding behind a cloak of religion; a burka. It is completely incompatible with Western democratic philosophy. It is completely incompatible with the United States Constitutional order. By definition, the United States Constitution's 1st Amendment does not confer protection upon Mohammedism any more than it would confer blanket protection upon Nazism. The US Constitution is not a suicide pact.
