I blog site called Outside the Overton is done by a retired American sniper. He goes through the sequence of screen shots and justified his proof that the bloody wound was an exit wound and the entry wound was on the right side of Charlie’s head below and to the rear of his ear. He shows what appears to be a muzzle flash. People have stated that his spinal cord was severed. That makes perfect sense based of the shot placement. The caliber and bullet path needs to be published by the corner. This will stop the conspiracy bs. Why was no attempt made to find the bullet since there was an exit wound? The popular opinion was that he was shot with a 30-06. The exit wound would have been on the rear of his neck and not the front. I think that maybe the rifle was a .17 HMR. No catastrophic wound to the entire area. Small entrance and a small by comparison exit.

DeleteIt all depends on bullet construction. I’ve seen many a western rock chuck dispersed with many calibers. My experience is that a high speed 22 cal bullet virtually grenades a 10 to 12 pound rock chuck (depending on bullet weight and construction). A heavier caliber such as a 25 or 30 cal punches right through without a lot of damage. Not enough bone and muscle to expand the bullet. Similar to a human neck, probably punched through and didn’t really expand. Just an opinion, sounds like they didn’t recover the bullet so we will really never know.

Watch the vids again, his shirt jumps up on impact and the round fragments and deflects into his neck/jugular, one piece hits is spinal column, and 1 end up in his sinus. If you have every heart shot a deer, what does the deer do when you hit the chest....flinches up, just like Mr Kirk did....don't listen to these BS alternate shot theories....in fact go to SONAR21 site and read/view the article there...
ReplyDeleteAt the risk of seeming decoupled from reality, the explanations from official sources and the actions of federals do not align with observable events. Maybe the explanations are accurate, but maybe not.
ReplyDeleteI first doubted the .30-'06 angle when I heard the recording - the hit and report are too close for a 100+ yard shot and a .30-'06 sounds much different in my limited experience. When you begin the "Hey, waaaait a minute..." process the unravelling does not stop until you find the end of the string.
I will not be surprised if the murder weapon is later described not as a Mauser but a mail-order Carcano with a shitty scope. Historical reference might require some research, but you'll see what I mean.
And why why why was the murder scene not preserved? 'splain THAT one Patel.

But the person telling this story could not resist sprinkling around numerous conspiracy theories to weave into it. This immediately made me think he is a wing nut and then doubt everything he said. For example what does Mena Arkansas have to do with the shooting of Kirk? Only in this man's mind. And with all his research and charts and videos not a single picture or video of the area he thinks the real shooter was standing. There are literally hundreds of videos, many online. But he has nothing to show that single most important part of his claim.

There is a video showing that the bullet came from the front, hit his bullet proof vest and bounced up into his neck. Because it was a ricochet the speed of the bullet was substantially less and was captured on video. This video disproves the claim that he was shot from his right side.

My unscientific 2 cent conspiracy theory (bash at will, won’t bother me). I thought early on that the rooftop “shooter” was firing a blank round (noisemaker) as a distraction so a well-timed suppressed round could be fired from close range. I think someone mentioned choreography somewhere. The timing needed to be nearly perfect.

The conspiracy theories are out thick as I'd expect. There are a lot of unanswered questions too. As for me, I'd like to know the truth as to how the scoped 30-.06 German Mauser conversion rifle gun got off the roof and into the woods wrapped in a towel. Another thing I was skeptical of was when security/police grabbed the older guy and placed him on all fours fairly close to where Kirk was sitting. The media kept stating that a suspect was in custody and it appeared he was in custody at that point . Maybe I've read to many spy stories, but I got the vibe right away that that was a diversion. What happened to that guy? It is like he vanished after being taken away. I still believe that was "fishy". Neither would it surprise me to learn .gov already has phone and/or internet evidence linking the confused-medicated-manifesto writing-killers in a larger conspiracy. Just sayin'

Did someone take an antique mauser and greatly reduce its value by replacing the original wood stock with cheap plastic? According to this article, a "spinner gun" was used to shoot from the right. Do an internet search an you will find that twrm produces an image identical to the graphic in that added article. Problem is, rhe spinner gun is a toy, no such weapon exists.

Kash Patel announced that they are pursing all theories surrounding Kirk's murder. It's not like I want to be a conspiracy theorists, they force us into it.
ReplyDeleteJust a wild, out there thought. 220 grain Lehigh 30 cal projectile, subsonic rapid expansion, 7.62x25 case, solenoid fired action. Tested and optimized custom loading in an integrally suppressed 1:8 twist barrel, maybe 10 inch length. Paired with a camera optic, and controlled through a smartshooter ballistic manager. Mounted on a FPV drone, with stabilization. Maybe at about 175 yds, it could maintain a 7 inch group size. Point of aim about an inch below the jugular notch, and your group size will be in a lethal effect area. Low observable, easy exfil, highly deniable, light windage stable. If the projectile keyholed, it wouldn't likely over penetrate.
