Labor Day, is the day we all celebrate women who went into Labor for us, right ? A true day of mourning for all that pain they endured.

DeleteNot sure if you're aware of it, but The Burning Platform lost a good contributor to its Sunday morning postings; specifically the weekly Sunday Morning Classics featuring classical music. Might be worth sharing, if you and TBP's Admin are still on good terms. SMC broadened horizons w/ classy music for the last 5 years. Sad to see it go.

ReplyDeleteFor a Labor Day weekend it was really good. The temperature was under 95*F, we had a Gem and Mineral show in Hanford, California for Saturday and Sunday. It went well, had about 300 people show up for it. Even met some people I have not seen in decades, that was a plus to the weekend. Hopefully they will be around for our show in Lemoore, california on March 21and 22, Sat and Sun. at the Portuguese Hall. Come one and come all, free admission and free parking.
