Long time ago, down at Padre Island, someone had parked a trailer house and put it on blocks. Then put half an airstream camper on top. Then put a shed connected on the side for a spare room. I always wanted to stop and ask to go inside, but I was a kid at the time. Long gone now, but one example of what happens without HOA rules in effect, I guess. Seemed cool for a beach house.
