This is the green, sustainable, renewable, free range, non-GMO, gluten free, carbon neutral, environmentally friendly, biodegradable, plant based, farmer's market, EV mentality in a nutshell. If only there were a smoking, ecological and humanitarian disaster of a strip mine full of child slaves behind the other wall it would have been perfect.
What's wrong with sustainable (something that any government-involvement renders impossible), free range (happy animals), non-GMO (the way God intended plants to be), gluten free (the consumption of grains is only a relatively recent phenomena in man's history and has been linked to many health issues), biodegradable (fruits, vegetables, meats, etc. are all that), plant based (like corn, broccoli, etc), farmer's market (small farmers need to sell somewhere), mentality? I grant you that the carbon neutral, "environmentally friendly" and EV mentalities are highly suspect and typically insane (or for sure, NOT honest).
“(the consumption of grains is only a relatively recent phenomena in man's history and has been linked to many health issues),” Absolute bullshit. Humans cultivating / grain consumption goes back as far as Ancient Greece and the Egyptians 8000BC.
In planetary time, ten thousand years is almost a drop in the bucket. Man has been walking this planet for (depending on who you believe) well more than 200K years. So, to be honest, our farming/agricultural days are a fairly recent development.
True point you brought up about the timeline of humans. “We are but moments sunlight fading in the grass” according to The Youngbloods.
Our farming/agricultural days can only be considered a “recent” development ONLY when viewed in the lens of “planetary time” - which has absolutely dick to do with the eventual development of homoerectus. The billions of years of volcanic/asteroid turmoil of (“planetary time”) preceding what will eventually lead to humans roaming the planet is merely interesting.
The ancients however have been farming ever since they needed to eat regularly. The BS about “grains are BAD!” has only been around for what, 30-40 years? How does that fit into the planentary timeline?
Anon. The issue is not BS re “grains are BAD.” The issue is the source of the grains you’re consuming. Ask why the issue has only been the past 30-40 yrs. And predominantly the US and countries we export our wheat. Why is this not an issue for a country like Greece, but only has appeared in the last 5 yrs. or so. Monsanto (remember them?) abandoned the idea of developing roundup ready wheat 20 yrs. ago but has experimented with genetic engineered wheat to produce drought-resistant and higher yielding wheat strains. We’ve seen plenty of examples of wheat pollen tainting non gmo and organic wheat over the years. There’s no research that suggests a causal link between glyphosate and gluten/celiac issues but there’s plenty of anecdotal evidence to suggest otherwise. The planetary timeline here is irrelevant. Our food is poisoned. -Ερωτοκριτος
I take great comfort in knowing that it is expensive to use a charging station and that is takes a long time. Wait until they want to use their EV at night in winter or very hot summer and can only drive 50 miles on a 3 hour charge. LOL
I'm waiting to see what the road salt is going to do to all those battery packs in the Northern states. I remember the number it did to my cars in Vermont.
This is a perfect example of how screwed up the "green" BS is. You'd think that the only time the gennie's would run is when there's an actual charging customer plugged in. But no. The gennie's are running 24/7/365. But wait, they run on diesel so that must make it OK.
The New World Order is in charge of our lives. Just sit back and let it happen. The "woke" weenies have all of the answers so let them be in charge.................................................... NOT!!!

Just wait until they have to change the battery pack, especially on a Tesla!
DeleteWeeping, wailing, gnashing of teeth, the works!!
They need to clean the batteries with salt water and they'll last a loooong time.
