The Calm Before The Storm...
Having modern technology makes it easy for us to know when storms are coming
and what the potential expectation is going to be.
Hyped by the media, and having cute names, doesn't
change the fact that there is a fore warning.
Our ancestors, with out technology, were much more in tune with nature and
could sense "something" coming. The air is different, the sound is different, there is a
general sense foreboding.
When a big snow storm is forecast you can "feel it".
Walking outside, the overcast sky is leaden, the dark color of wet concrete. Pause, stand still,
and allow oneself to slowly mesh with the surroundings. There is no sound.
You strain to hear a bird in the trees. You listen for a squirrel rustling in the leaves.
There is no sound. It's calm, too calm.
Sure there is the distant sound of vehicles on nearby roads or a train far in the distance,
their sounds, carrying through the deathly still air, can't over power the silence.
You can "feel" when the storm is coming.
As you stand outside in the deafening nothingness you can see a few stray flakes
meandering down from above.
Placing your hand out, with palm up, you may be able to capture one of
these "messengers" of the impending storm. It will rest for a moment, then melt away.
I think we have had many of these "messengers" landing.
I am the Gray Man, walking silently as the foreboding doom amplifies the nagging feeling of imminent threat. Head down to avoid the arrows but eyes cast all around in watchfulness.

Situational awareness. Plan the ambush.

ReplyDeleteI have had a bad feeling for years and now all the signs are pointing to me that I have been right all along.
Between now and May I think things are really going to get weird.
My guesstimate is when the fed pops the everything bubble and job loss is rampant. We will have nothing left to lose.
DeleteThe most terrifying force of death, comes from the hands of "Men who wanted to be left Alone".
They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love.
They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it.
They know, that the moment they fight back, the lives as they have lived them, are over.
The moment the "Men who wanted to be left Alone" are forced to fight back, it is a small form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. . . .
Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these "Men who wanted to be left Alone", fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror. TRUE TERROR will arrive at the Left's door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy . . . . but it will fall upon deaf ears.

ReplyDeleteBefore our side turns to Antifa tactics we should just embargo the un-American enclaves. Put a $2,000 security tax on every truckload entering a jurisdiction that denies the 2nd amendment. Add a 30% tax on electricity and petroleum that flows from red counties to blue counties. Same with food. In rural America, don't need anything that the cities produce, but they sure need what we have.
