"The Atlanta Braves still lose to many games, but thank God the New South is still the same.

I haven't watched a major league game of any kind in years, but I did catch most of the games from the World Series. I must admit I enjoyed them. I did not see any Kaepernick Shenanigan's. I enjoyed seeing President Trump and the lovely first lady there and all of the "let's go Brandon" chants. Congratulations to the Braves. They still lost too many games, but yet they won the Series.

This is a great song from a great album from a long time ago.

  2. I to quit watching full games and I love baseball. Only because the Braves were in it did I check in. I was a Dale Murphy fan when they could not win. He should have already been put in the HOF but it now comes down to a veteran vote. I did see that homer blast live last night when checking in. Things like that against the elite pitchers is why I love the game. Madux and his junk back in the day looked effortless and that's why he's top of my pitcher lists.

  3. I love baseball but I felt like the Braves shit on NW ATL, West ATL, and South ATL when they moved to Cobb county. It used to be a 45 minute to 1 hour ride to see a Braves game with decent parking. The Braves moved to Cobb county and they have parking a half mile away. It is also an hour and a half drive now. They have become the Cobb county Braves. The Braves management tried to appease NW ATL by putting the Gwinnett Braves in there but some dumb assed lawyer tried to use his Gwinnett Braves 3A tickets at the MLB Braves venue in Cobb county and he sued. Name change to the Gwinnett Stripers which is locally called the Braves Strippers.

I only do High School and College sports now.

  4. It was nice to see last years cheats get their ass handed to them last night and the Commish getting it stuck where the sun don't shine after pulling the All Star Game for politics. I haven't watched a baseball game in several years. I tuned in to one game early in the WS last year. I lasted about 3 minutes. I couldn't stand the trash can noise.

What I find really puzzling is how the league let them get away with that over so many seasons of the same manger on two different clubs. You could tell there was some kind of code in there by listening to the cadence of the noise. Another Black Sox scandal to which the league turns blind eye, yet Johnny Bench is still banned.

    1. I think you mean Pete Rose. Johnny Bench has been in the Hall of Fame for years.
