                                            Birmingham police officer arrested after fake help call, hoax       

     

Besides this stunt, the "officer" had prior disciplinary problems that should have resulted in his handlers removing him much earlier. There is more HERE.

    he's not qualified to be a cop but he be black so he got the job.
