Ever Wonder Why These Two Western Libtard States Don't Break Away and Form Their Own Leftist Paradise And Call It Hawaiifornia?
In short, it is because a parasite requires a host. Think about for moment how much of our tax dollars go to these two (and plenty of others) states to support programs that are devised primarily to "buy" more liberal votes. These states despise us (the clingers to Bibles and guns, the deploreables, the dirt people, etc.). They oppose everything we believe and yet each April we write a check to the the infernal revenoo service so our tax dollars can be distributed by idiots like Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, etc. I'll not go own as I feel I am preaching to the choir. Now, we have a handful of Hawaii politicians attempting to subvert the Second Amendment and tell the rest us from 4000 plus miles away how to live our lives. In recent years the divide between conservatives and liberals has grown wider as anyone with an IQ above cave temperature knows. From my point of view, liberals, socialist, communist, social demokratz, or whatever they choose to call themselves have become more rabid than ever in opposing anything that doesn't fit their agenda. These "demokommies" despise God, family. financial success, independence, free thinking, ownership of private property, private ownership of firearms, etc. It is not an accident that these things are the same items that Communist first attempt to destroy whenever they commit to take over a new country prior to or just after an invasion. These enemies of liberty know that before a takeover can occur, guns must first be confiscated. That is not to say that an overwhelming invading force could not stamp out any resistance, but by abolishing the private ownership of firearms it makes the task of domination much easier. The new demokratik controlled congress has only been in power a few weeks and they have already passed "gun control measures". This probably will not come to much, but one can see the direction the left is trying to steer the country. Members of the both houses have warned of declaring "gun violence" a national emergency so they could possibly ban firearms at a future time in light of President Trumps emergency declaration to build the border wall. I am veering from the post a little, but I thought it worth mentioning that the uber liberal mayor of Birmingham, Alabama has just declared gun violence in the city to be a "health crisis". This took place this week. I predict that within a year the radical regime that controls the city government will attempt to make Birmingham a "gun free zone" 'ala "smoke free city", sanctuary city, etc. Do not for an instant believe this decades old gun control movement is not part of a concerted effort to disarm Americans. Unarmed people are much easier lined up at the edge of a ditch or herded onto cattle cars. This week in Hawaii five state senators introduced a resolution in the U.S. Congress asking for the SCOUTUS to "consider and discuss whether The Second Amendment of The U.S. Constitution should be repealed or amended to clarify that the right to keep and bear arms is a collective, rather than and individual, constitutional right." Read the entire story HERE.
Prepare accordingly. There will be an exam.
This Senate Concurrent Resolution that Hawaii is talking about is worth two things: jack and shit. We have a procedure for changing the 2nd (and any other part of the constitution) and this isn't it.
ReplyDeleteSince it's not possible to do what they want, it's virtue signaling.
Actually, it's worth something else. It's a lesson, in case you didn't know it, to never give a penny of your hard earned income to Hawaii by tourism.
WINNER, WINNER, CHICKEN DINNER! You nailed SIGraybeard. What the five leftist are doing is appealing to their base and getting some free air time for their cause. I agree with you on all points. I make a conscious effort not spend money with businesses, entertainers, sponsors, etc. of leftist whose ultimate goal is to destroy America and kill anyone who doesn't subscribe to their agenda.
ReplyDeleteFunny; I have "a certain relative" who's one of those "democratic socialists." You know; open borders, Kumbaya, free this, free that. She said she wouldn't move to California because the taxes are so high. I told her that those high taxes pay for all the stuff she's for. ...Crickets...
ReplyDelete...I rest my case...
As a native Californian, and also a conservative who chooses to be Republican because there is no other choice, I take exception to your grouping all CA residents into the libtard bucket. Imagine, I have to live amongst these dipsticks and put up with their shit. Try to picture how much of a joy it is when I bump into another conservative here - we treat each other like old friends! I do occasionally dream of living elsewhere, perhaps when I retire. Investigating other places to live is one of my hobbies. Another is learning how to go to work and be a closet conservative. It doesn't work so well because they see an old white man and immediately label me as the enemy. This blog is one of the very few I visit, because I relate. And i envy every one of you who lives in a red state, and has lots of like minded friends. But please remember, not all CA residents are effing libtards. Thank you kindly.
ReplyDeleteI'm in the same boat as you are. 'Only difference between us is that I'm not a "closet" case. That's pretty much how CA ended up becoming what it is now. Be LOUD. There are MILLIONS of Conservatives around you; more than SEVERAL "flyover" states COMBINED!
DeleteFear didn't build America, but it sure as hell will destroy it...
Hi Pete. I just wrote a long reply but Google wanted me to sign in to post it. Talk about spying on your users... So that went poof. Anyhow basically I said my employer forbids talking about politics etc at work, so that won't fly. I do have fun when I'm not working. It doesn't take much to really tick them off. And some get seriously angry. There's no talking to people who get psycho in your face, like the kid who got punched out at Berkeley. It's just not as easy as it sounds even if you go in a group.
DeleteAnon, you're always welcome to come across the DMZ and visit NH. At least until the mASSholes ruin it for good!! I think you will find a lot of kindred spirits outside the libtard enclaves.

DeleteSome folks in NH tried to do the "Free State" thing, but being surrounded by liberals, and betrayed by town councils that import Somalis and other muslims without even asking their constituents (they might learn about the large kickbacks they got for pulling off), it didn't work. I thought about moving there as some of our family is from the Claremont area, but it is way too close to big cities whose people will move through New England like locusts if there is ever a solar EMP/Iranian-Nork-Chinese EMP, or other SHTF occurrence.
DeleteEven California, believe it or not, has some gun sanctuary areas, at least when I lived up there in Yreka, near the Oregon border (I lived in Eureka, too, but that is over on the coast). Our local Sheriff in Yreka said he would not enforce any new gun laws (this was back in the late '90s). A lot of folks living in cattle country up there In Siskiyou County were staunch conservatives. I knew some guys who worked for Cal Trans (state highway department) and they _seriously_ had plans to blow the bridges and overpasses on Interstate 5 in areas where there was no way to drive around the blockage. They knew me well enough to know I would be right there lending a hand. Still, I was glad to get out of there, quit working for CHP in '95 and traveled around for a year before ending up in Oregon. Left there in 2008 because it was getting bad, too, and ended up here in MT. I'll probably die here. I don't ever think I'll leave the high country here in the southwest of the state. Beautiful.
I apologize Anon. I wasn't trying to lump you or other CA conservatives into the communal libtard bucket. There are some fine folks in CA, but the majority (whether it be the hives or not) vote for the craziness. I just had some new lake neighbors move in near me from CA. They still own their business, but technically have retired. They got tired of the taxes, crime, etc. Thank you for stopping by. Maybe after retirement you can make your escape!
ReplyDeleteThank you sir. Your state and several others in the area certainly have attracted my attention. I am hoping on a long road trip around my favorite states to help me decide.
DeleteI do agree the majority of CA residents (there are many more illegals here than any news outlet will print) are plain nuts. Matter if fact it's a virtual rainbow of socialist stupidity, that doesn't realize someone has to pay for their crazy ideas. I helped the PAC fighting the gas tax increase last November; we lost because CA reworded the name and description of prop 6 to sound like we were voting to take away highway funding! They never admit they spend 80% of that tax money on other things, like moonbeam Brown's bullet train to nowhere! They get away with flat out lies here. It's just disgusting.
Anyway, it's Friday and I'm not working. No tards to deal with, it's not raining, the wind is breezy and the sun is out. Days like this are why I stay (and my kids of course) ... But someday...
My son and some of his buddies bought a motor home, and went on the road playing music, a few years ago. They went down from Michigan to Florida, then headed west, playing and stopping to earn money, and then back on the road playing. They did hurricane relief in Galveston, then played in Phoenix at the Suns arena. They hit California and played at the Whiskey a Go Go. They also worked at a pit bull rehab place in Texas. They were retraining dogs that had been rescued from dog fighting places. My son ended up in San Luis Obispo. He got a job making Jewelry from decommissioned nuclear materials from when they draw down our nuclear weapons systems. He lived in California a couple of years, got married, and then moved his California wife back to Michigan. He left Michigan a liberal, but when he got back, he was a conservative completely. The first thing he did, after he had established residency, was to buy an AK 47. He hated the laws that California had, and the gun laws were the worst. I had given him a .22 and an old shotgun that my dad had, when he died, as a hand me down, and a keep sake, and he told me that if it had been a year later, my son would have had to jump through a bunch of hoops to bring them back. For guns that probably were both at least 50 years old, and both bolt actions.
ReplyDeletetwo words FEDERAL MONEY. The only reason they have not split
