  So, were is the "Third Person" that was mentioned all morning during the San Bernardino

 terrorist attack?

    They did detain some dude for hours, but decided he actually had noting to do with the other two..

    Apparently he was seen running after the shots broke out.....(DUH)...

    maybe wrong place/wrong time?
