* they always win in the long run. That's why they have big beautiful buildings and rarely go out of business.
Way back in January my truck got >HIT< and suffered considerable damage. Although the picture doesn't show it, the rear end was bent and needed to be replaced as well as the rear quarter, shocks and leaf springs.
I contacted the insurance company and within a few hours they had determined that It wouldn't
be worth fighting the other party over who was at fault. I guess I figured they would go to bat for me, Ya right!
After deciding to fight the surcharge a few months went by before I received anything in the mail. I figured it got lost or something. Then out of the blue I had a court date and decided to show up with my notes, images of the intersection from google earth and a determination to get the surcharge and points removed from my record.
Needless to say I got this in the mail the other day:
I read that three times. I have no idea what they are trying to do except confuse the hell out of you.

ReplyDeleteYes the truck was fixed within 3-4 weeks.
DeleteWay to go man! I hate the government, banks, and insurance companies. They are all scum that take a cut of our production while contributing nothing.
