Haha. Well handled. I have had support calls almost that bad though. One time it took me almost an hour to determine why a monitor would not work. I had to walk the person through the whole process of making sure the monitor and cables were plugged in. In the end, I got a hint as to what the real problem was. Apparently no lights, and no power were on in the building. Go figure.
