Looks like "driving while Arabian" to me. I had a long discussion with a Lebanese muslim years ago. He believed in "the will of Allah", which he pronounced as 'mallesh'. If Allah plans for you to have an accident today there is nothing you can do to avoid it. Therefore it is a waste of time and effort to ensure your own safety by driving at sane speeds or slowing down for blind corners. I saw a guy in a Jeep do that. Both he and his girl were ejected and walked away with no injuries. A group of guys helped put the Jeep off it's side and 4 tires down. The guy didn't bother to check the oil but cranked it and slowly drove off.
Rumor has it that they used to play Chicken with camels, but the camels were smart enough to avoid each other! Had that been a camel instead of a Range Rover nothing would have happened!
I've been over in that part of the world and seen them take expensive Italian works of automotive art and treat them like trash, abuse them, wreck them, and throw them aside. It's some kind of immature mental disorder.
When you have a country/society where the average bank account is higher than the average IQ you will see things like this on a regular basis. Almost certainly Saudi Arabia where they still sell FJ Cruisers like this one was. Most Saudis are dumber than the sand around them yet have more money than most Americans. A recipe for tons of "fail army" videos.
Don't ya just hate it when a derpa derpa lives through things. And to clarify: Things is defined as, the night, breakfast, driving, eating, etc. I hate it when they live through that stuff.
