I grow fresh catnip in a long window box-type container. Harvest a handful & put it in a ziploc with soft cat toys. Pull the toys out periodically & let them have at it. frenzied activity, then pretty much that photo. CC
I had my cat in the fraternity house for a semester. I'd give him catnip during our parties, and the girls - 3 sheets to the wind - would give me grief for "getting that cat drunk!"

I got in trouble the time I spilled 'nip on the dog. She is freaked out about the cats to this day.
