I do not have a friend who is royalty, so I do not use the third person plural when discussing any of them. Either he takes his glasses off, or she takes off hers.
Normally, I would not worry about such a grammatical triviality, but, with all the trans woke crap going around, it has become an important point.
In the near future there will be no such thing as an "individual" and anyone using "he" or "she" is clearly a reactionary wrecker.
As for this image, only intellectuals wear glasses. Pol Pot knew how to handle such people, but I don't know how Khmer Rouge handled cats. Probably with a fork.
"They" and "Their" have always been the correct pronouns when the gender of the noun (human subject) is not disclosed, because English simply doesn't have a neutral pronoun for it. "They: A generic individual whose gender is unknown or irrelevant in the context."
After getting a cataract out, I didn't need glasses anymore. Grammaw was right about the procedure, it is like you have your child eyes back. Just fart loudly in the direction of any who speak of themselves in the third person or go into Thurston Howell voice and say yes lovey.
