That's from a movie on Netflix. A foreign film and pretty interesting. That event sets in motion various psychological and emotional reactions that are pretty awkward and intense throughout the movie.
I saw a day or two ago a video of a real scenario like that. Might have happened in the same place. Same reaction by the people on the deck but in the end it was only a smoke like powder on the deck but really cool.
