People are losing faith in their government, the consent of "the governed". The .gov has forgotten that they are our servants not our masters and one day there will be a reckoning. When there are 2 sets of laws, one for us and one for them....it will not end well.
Mark my words; it's going to be some damned little thing that sets it all off; something no one saw coming. My gut tells me that most of us will live to see it...
But..but, the economy is great, unemployment is low. We continue like the frog in the pot. At first we think, "this is a nice warm bath"....

That line is getting closer and closer. We might even cross it in November, or 2020.

Remember the Brady Ranch a few years ago? Its not a question of if a civil war breaks out, just when and what sets it off?
