Time for my annual 7 course Irish meal (a six-pack and a potato.) Seriously, I just finished preparing a 4 pound corned beef briskit, onions, potatoes, carrots, and cabbage. Whoever invented the slow cooker deserves a medal. 20 minutes of prep, and Irish heaven in 8 hours. I am part Irish, German, and English, so no matter what ethnic holiday I celeberate, it involves copius amount of beer!
That colleen needs to be a bit broader in the beam. Most Irish girls are pretty sturdy.
