Wild Boar Sausage = HEAVEN!

My friend Robbie sent me some wild boar meat awhile back. I got some "porkchops" which I devoured and today I cooked up the sausage meat he sent for me to try.


I placed the meat in an aluminum tray, covered it with tin foil and left it on a grill at work on low setting, about 300 degrees. The meat steamed in its own juices for about 20-30 minutes.. and now its being consumed.


My lord this is sooooooooooooo  farking good!!!

  2. My old chief mate used to bring boar jerky from his ranch. I'm sitting here eating homemade banana pudding that my new chief mate made, so it was an even trade.
