CONCORD, NH — A man from Portsmouth was arrested Saturday, accused of pleasuring himself while driving on Interstate 95 last year.
Around 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 24, 2025, state troopers received reports from witnesses who said a man, Jonathan Ma, 27, of Portsmouth, was driving on the northbound side of the highway while “performing a sex act on himself.” Troopers investigated the incident and obtained a warrant for his arrest. Ma was arrested at his home on Saturday on indecent exposure and lewdness-subsequent and negligent driving. He was scheduled for arraignment on Monday in Portsmouth District Court.
State police said they found “additional unreported incidents” during their investigation and are asking potential victims to come forward and assist the case.
Unless Mr Ma was riding a motorcycle (BRRRR!), who saw him? What was the "observer" driving?

ReplyDeletePleasure drive, according to his insurance company.
ReplyDeleteA clever lawyer could argue there was merely a shortlived misunderstanding regarding the gear shift lever.
ReplyDeleteWas it called in as a "straight 6" or a "slant 6"?
