Never was. Not for a second. It was set up as the central. funnel thru which almost all tax money from most countries us deposited, goes to "City of London" where all but 10%, on a good day is re-distributed back to pay for infrastructure etc. Just imagine, at best 10%, how much real wealth is created and then outright stolen, its staggering, but it adds up too, its how a small cabal has managed to run and hold iron fist control over the global monetary system so long. Thing is everyone is broke, from nation states to people, the velocity of actual wealth, currency in fact, has become a trickle, those running this monster are in a quandry, they have no other sources except for wealth transfer thru the illicit conduits, child trafficking becoming the most lucrative of all, and its these same anvestoral controlled central banks who handle and launder this ill gotten gains into currency into their system, but its broke two ways, the system itself and the money is gone, no new allocations are injected, the "slig" of operational "cash on hand" is all gone too, since 2007-08, is when the sustem went full tilt. They desperately need a true quantum computer, to handle the billions of daily transactions, blockchain will never suffice, thats just short term wealth transfer racketeering, the "casino" is bereft of true actual wealth, things sre getting to the wire. Rumor is its possible "they" will simply pull the plug be done with it all and the global cabal sorts itself into warring factions.
