Watched similar event on 9 Mile Road here in P'cola a few years back. Dump truck plowed thru about half a mile of median before coming to rest against a reflector pole in the grass. Saw on the evening news that the driver had had a stroke. Fortunately he hit no one . . . and survived.
Saw a similar scenario play out on I44 in Tulsa, Ok before they put up concrete barriers. They didn't hit anything but they heads on the roof of the cab- no seat belts. Oh, and they cleaned out the bed of the pick-um up truck reeeel good, spare tire, jack, tool box, 10,000 beer cans... Three in the cab cool as cucumbers acting like Billy Bob did this all the time. He passed at least a dozen vehicles in the grass median before going airborne and stuck the landing like a pro. Okies are fuking crazy.
THAT WAS AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThem Duke boys are at it again.
