Reminds me of having a branch office employ meeting where I asked everyone to fill out a form the Federated Gubmit sent out asking for race, religion, sex, age, all the questions that aren't allowed on an application. We laughed, had a good time, filled it out. Got a phone call over that one.
Yep. I've been told by multiple hiring managers that they wished they could hire me, but the position had to be filled with a black/hispanic/woman. I was only interviewed to make things "legal".

I recall there are diversity requirements on any company with more than 100 employees, oh how far we have fallen. I fill in Slavic for race these days.
