It's almost like they are trying to ruin the airline industry through useful idiots, hmmm?
Not just the airlines... anyway to knock off humanity
ReplyDeleteAirlines and assembly facilities.
DeleteI see the same DEI crap and I help build big green ag equipment.
At least tractors don't crash.

The public will be unsurprised to know how close those are to snapshots of reality.
ReplyDelete...aaannnddd the hits on Boeing just keep on coming. Gotta wonder what the point of no return on their stock market valuation is.

Look on the bright side, I heard they're having a big sale on electric vehicles in Chicago that didn't want to charge up in the cold.
ReplyDeleteBring your own jumper box...
Used WV's are going to be cheap as dirt this year as Hertz is dumping their entire fleet because NO ONE WANTS RENT THEM risking getting stuck with a dead battery in unfamiliar territory. Imagine flying into O'hare, renting an EV and getting stuck in Chicongo's south side at night on a weekend.
DeleteNemo
they've ruined damn near everything else, why stop now
ReplyDeleteBad timing for Boeing. But the engines aren't made by them and someone else is doing the maintenance. And it doesn't look like a 747 to me.
ReplyDeletedash-8 cargo version.
DeleteFlew onward a few hours later.

Stepping back and looking from outside:
ReplyDeleteYou remember how the government is trying to restrict your movements.
Think about the whole 15 minute city thing.
Now... Consider what a great motivator fear is (shots, masks, etc.)
Do you come to the conclusion that they are trying to make you afraid to fly so they can control where you go just that much easier?
Take away flying, take away your car, what's left as a means of travel? They already own the passenger rail service.
You'll stay put in your 15 minute city and like it.
If it's Boeing I'm not going.
ReplyDeleteTalk about running a business into the ground
ReplyDeleteBeing winter, near Chicago, I avoid the Embraer puddle jumpers, as I understand that they still have difficulty flying under icing conditions.
ReplyDeleteBoeing apparently got into difficulty when they transitioned from a plane making company led by engineers to a plane assembly company, using parts that others make, with corporate policies determined by accountants.
John in Indy
You may soon be allowed only three flights in your lifetime....make them count, or something.
ReplyDeleteLike the last being a single-engine flight over the Pentagon with a nuke riding shotgun or what?
DeleteIt all started under Barry with Pajeet workers who love copy paste from goog search.
ReplyDeleteIf a Boeing crashes into the Magic Soil does a helicopter sprout?
BOEING = Bits Of Engines In Neighbors Gardens
