It's happening everywhere in the West, except the few countries in Eastern Europe that have given the finger to "refugees and migrants". There are other countries in Europe that are currently re-evaluating their "refugee and migrant" policies because of all of the problems these people are causing in their countries with their abject ungratefulness.
With everything going on in that video, it would be easy to miss Joe saying "I'd sniff that", but that might be the funniest part.
