The truth is, at worst a person convicted of such a crime would receive a very long prison sentence through the courts. I believe that anyone who diddles with kids should be put to death immediately upon conviction and not 20 years after trial. Execution will not undo the damage done, but it will insure a repeat performance does not occur.

No, send him to prison. Most violent criminals were abused as kids and they will take care of said malefactor. The time spent between incarceration and sentence carried out, waiting for their true retribution, will be worse than Hell.

But sending one into General Population of a prison and letting the rest of the inmates know they are a "chicken hawk" frequently results in their eventual execution. Pedophiles are hated by most prison inmates who will usually whack them if given a chance. Sadly pedo's often get put into protective custody...at great expense...to keep them from receiving actual justice.

Totally agree... But then this particular crime if full of people wrongfully accused and convicted so what then?

Televise them on pay-per-view, and use the income to pay for the LWOP convicts.
Who should be thrown into a stone cell like the Chateau D'If, and food slid under a slot in the door until one day a thud is heard, and the unmistakable smell of death emanates from within.
No time outs, no showers, no visitors, no weights, no books, no TV, no contact; just permanent solitary confinement in a dark hole, and two meals a day until they die.
We'd save hundreds of thousands of dollars on prison guards, and recidivism would be 0%.
I'm not sure you've heard, but kiddy diddlers don't survive prison. Always, some otherwise terrible father does what every father would do if they had the chance, and fatally shivs the motherfucker, like the justice department should have done in the first place.
ReplyDeleteI found out that in prison there are 'degrees' of pedophilia. If the victim person is 16 or 17 then the population doesn't bother the perp. But if the victim is, say, 8 years old, the perp is in big trouble with the general population.

BUT ANY evidence from 'professionals', teachers, literally anything that is "I saw" or "I believe" etc should be tossed. Think McMinn child care, recovered memories, etc. That includes kids' testimony. Absolute physical evidence, hang 'em high. ANYTHING ELSE- no. Too many liars at DCS, schools, cops, etc to trust them alone. No matter how good the story.
