Looks like Murderapolis, especially from the looks of the people. Plus these days, if you are stupid enough to go into Murderapolis, you are likely to get assaulted with fireworks, if not bullets. Not to worry if you drive you car into Murderapolis, it will likely be stolen or jacked within a few minutes anyway.
