Disagree, human behavior has a pattern depending on where person's come from. The behavior of the man who attacked the woman and child comes from religious and accepted norms from the nation on which he came from. It's way past time to hold these people accountable for their actions instead of claiming a mental defect and or they do not understand the laws of the nation they now reside in. These people rely on their religious beliefs to get them out of committing crimes against the citizens of host nation, this must STOP.

Most European areas have been without any significant firearms ownership for so long, they haven't a clue. Detroit and Chicago demonstrate what happens when law enforcement doesn't keep up.
