if I recall correctly a year or two ago there was some capacity/billing/payment issue and they came back up when that was resolved. 'Suspended' always sounds better than 'banned'.
Cloudflare is denying access to the site. Did an nslookup on the URL and got two IPs that WZ uses. Put those IPs into the browser to bypasses DNS and got an 1003 error meaning Cloudflare took them down. The type of browser you use won't matter.
That's not what that means. Most sites now-a-days don't have a unique IP address. One IP address hosts tens, hundreds, or thousands of sites. So if all you do is put in the IP, the server has no clue what site you were trying to reach. If you updated your hosts file to have weaselzippers.us 172.67.174.144 it would "bypass DNS"...but only by doing a lookup from your hosts file and not querying the DNS infrastructure...not that it matters, because you literally got those IPs by doing a DNS lookup.....and the lookup you did points to CloudFlare....so you aren't even "bypassing cloudflare". You're literally going straight to cloudflare...you just aren't going there by using a domain name...so cloudflare has no idea which of the potentially millions of sites you are trying to reach...
