Imagine the hubris of Gov Nuisance proposing a new amendment to the Constitution that, according to him, won't abrogate the 2nd Amendment, while he's thinking that 2/3 of the states will ratify, when half now have Constitutional carry in their laws or Constitution. Just goes to show what utter effing moron he really is.
