The headline makes it seem like they're objecting to ammo being mass produced. Which makes it seem like their mental picture is guys in white lab coats with big magnifiers measuring out powder by the microgram.
I'm amazed that anyone would be surprised that anything used in quantity would be mass produced. There are home re-loaders that have automated presses.
