Then they wonder why a growing number of citizens are calling for defunding them or just plain hate them on principle, while the local DA sees fit to release thieves, burglars, rapists and murderers with no bail, who immediately commit more crimes because there are no consequences for their unlawful actions, past, present and future.

ReplyDeleteFiring the deviant who was soliciting his students to write child porn for him isn't enough. This is criminal sexual abuse and he needs to be arrested, charged, convicted, imprisoned, and put on a list of sexual offenders, never to be allowed to work with, or even live near, children again. If he's put in with the general population while in prison and they know he is a child sexual abuser, well, justice might be served.

This is going on because the perpetrators know that they will not suffer any personal consequences for their crimes. They know that the worst that will happen is a bunch of wailing and gnashing of teeth by the parents. Unless and until some fathers start getting bloody knuckles by knocking some teeth out (at the very least) it will continue to get worse.
